Is Delta Energy Systems responsible for damage incurred by a solar inverter?

Delta Energy Systems is not responsible for damage incurred by failure to comply with the instal-lation and operating instructions in this manual. The solar inverter contains no components that are to be maintained or repaired by the operator or installer. All repairs must be performed by Delta.
