How does pvkit work?

The PVKIT attaches the modules directly to the seams or ribs of the roof without the need for the addition of rails. The PVKIT is mounted to S-5! clamps and brackets according to roof type. The weight of PVKIT mounting is only 15% of rail mounting. Think of the savings in freight and logistics, not to mention added load to the roof structure!

What is a S-5 clamp & bracket?

Clamps Designed for standing seam and concealed-fix metal roof profiles, S-5! clamps can be used to mount ancillary components directly to the roof seams, without the need for any additional interfacing hardware. S-5! Brackets S-5! brackets are designed for mounting on exposed-fix (face-attached or thru-fastened) metal roofs.

What equipment do I need to install ground anchors?

Recommended equipment. We recommend hiring a 2.5 tonne cylinder head hydraulic auger unit, with a reverse option for installing the Ground Anchors. Sometimes the ground may need a little more pressure applying to it and for this a 4-5 tonne auger unit is better suited. We’ll lend you an auger adapter that fits the auger unit to help screw them in.
